If you are having difficulties deciding which Midtec or Incol product would meet your requirements, please contact our Technical Help Desk. This is in operation between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday at our factory in South Wales and our team of trained operators will glad to help find the solution to your chimney or heating problem.

Occasionally, our standard products will not meet your requirements and our Technical Help Desk will be delighted to work with you to produce a ‘special’ to meet your exact requirements. Please contact them on 01269 845797.

Any product recommended by our technical team comes with a full money back guarantee – MBG – if it does not solve the problem described to us. Just keep a note of your technical ID and return the product to us within a reasonable space of time.

Chimney uses

The relevant sections of our web site indicate the suitability of different products for different types of fuel such as gas, oil or solid fuel. Alternatively, print off one of our product sheets that can be obtained from the Product Range section of the web site.

Geotechnical uses

Our Roto Cowls are not only suitable for chimney use but can also be used on land reclamation sites to accelerate gas emissions away from the site.
